1. About RoBack

RoBack is a free Chrome browser extension that provides Robux cashback rewards on eligible purchases made on the Roblox platform. RoBack is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.

2. Eligibility

To use RoBack you must:

• Have a valid Roblox account in good standing.
• Meet Roblox's minimum age requirements for your region.
• Use a supported browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Opera).
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where using such services is prohibited.

3. The RoBack Service

RoBack tracks eligible Roblox purchases made through the RoBack buy button and credits 15% of the purchase price as a cashback balance to your account. Cashback is only earned on purchases made directly through RoBack's interface — regular Roblox purchases without RoBack do not qualify.

To withdraw your balance, you must have a published Roblox game on your account. RoBack processes withdrawals by creating a temporary gamepass on your game, which our system purchases, transferring Robux to your account.

4. Referral Program

RoBack offers a referral program where users earn 5% of the cashback generated by users they refer, for as long as both accounts remain active. Referral earnings are subject to change and may be modified or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice.

• You may not refer yourself using alternate accounts.
• Fraudulent referrals (fake accounts, bots) will result in permanent account termination.
• RoBack reserves the right to reverse referral earnings found to be fraudulent.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to generate artificial cashback or referrals.
• Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or manipulate the RoBack system.
• Create multiple accounts to abuse the cashback or referral system.
• Use RoBack in any way that violates Roblox's Terms of Service.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt RoBack's servers or infrastructure.

6. Balance & Withdrawals

Cashback balances have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency. They can only be withdrawn as Robux through the RoBack withdrawal system. RoBack reserves the right to set minimum withdrawal amounts and to limit withdrawal frequency.

Balances associated with accounts found to be abusing the system may be forfeited without notice.

7. Availability & Changes

RoBack is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees of uptime or availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

Cashback percentages, referral rates, and withdrawal terms may change over time. Continued use of RoBack after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

RoBack is not responsible for any loss of Robux, account suspension by Roblox, or other damages arising from your use of the extension. RoBack interacts with the Roblox platform but has no control over Roblox's policies, availability, or decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoBack's total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the value of Robux you have earned through RoBack in the 30 days prior to the claim.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your RoBack account if you violate these terms. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, any unclaimed balance may be forfeited.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
