Privacy Policy

      RoBack never asks for your Roblox password and never stores any login credentials. We only access data that is publicly available or directly provided by you.
    

1. Who We Are

RoBack ("we", "us", "our") is a Chrome browser extension and accompanying website (roback.app) that provides Robux cashback rewards on Roblox purchases. You can contact us at robacksupport@gmail.com.

2. What Data We Collect

When you use RoBack, the following data may be collected:

Roblox User ID — your numeric Roblox account identifier, read from the Roblox page you are logged into. This is never your password.
Purchase history — the Roblox items you buy through RoBack (item name, price, asset ID) to calculate and credit your cashback balance.
Cashback balance — the amount of Robux you have earned and not yet withdrawn.
Referral data — if you were referred by another user or if you refer others, we store the association to credit referral earnings.
Extension preferences — theme, background, and customization settings stored locally in your browser via Chrome's storage.local API. These never leave your device unless explicitly synced.
Website analytics — anonymous usage data collected via Google Analytics 4 (page views, sessions, country). No personally identifiable information is sent to Google.

3. How We Use Your Data

To calculate and credit Robux cashback on eligible purchases.
To process withdrawal requests you initiate.
To track referral relationships and credit referral earnings.
To provide customer support when you contact us.
To improve the extension and website based on anonymous analytics.

4. Data Storage & Security

User data (Roblox ID, balance, purchase history) is stored on our secure server hosted on Railway. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties except as described in this policy.

Customization preferences (themes, backgrounds, cursors) are stored exclusively in your browser's local storage and are never transmitted to our servers.

5. Third-Party Services

Google Analytics 4 — used for anonymous website traffic analysis. Google Privacy Policy.
Railway — our backend hosting provider. Data is stored on Railway's infrastructure. Railway Privacy Policy.
Roblox — RoBack interacts with the Roblox platform on your behalf. RoBack is not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox Corporation.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing robacksupport@gmail.com. We will process your request within 30 days.

You can also uninstall the RoBack extension at any time, which will remove all locally stored preferences immediately.

7. Children's Privacy

RoBack is intended for users who meet Roblox's minimum age requirements. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of RoBack after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
